The pace is just nice . not too rush. my group size was about 10 pax. nice and not too many ppl. meeting location is easy to find , but there were too many other tour groups so it was abit difficult to find our tour guide. I only wish that they can include unagi lunch at yanagawa or allow us to at least take away unagi bento in yanagawa since it is famous there.
We requested for an english driver/guide prior to booking and the operator confirmed that the driver can speak in english. However, the driver that we got cannot speak in english at all. It was really hard communicating with them. Nonetheless, the ride was smooth and my family really enjoyed the tour. PS: you may book the same tour from the blue app to get higher discounts
It was a great experience to take a boat tour for the first time. The scenery in Yanagawa is beautiful. The weather was nice. It was originally raining, but suddenly the sun shone. Sitting on the boat and feeling the wind was cool and comfortable. The strawberries were delicious and large. Recommended
my tour guide is Helen, Chinese lady, who bring us on this tour. She is v thoughtful who will help us take photos in the strawberry farm and the boat ride. the highlight for this tour is definitely the strawberry farm. there are varies types of strawberries avaliable there and all taste fantastic and huge. an unique experience. during the outlet shopping, as I ended my shopping earlier, Helen saw me sitting an a open space, she came down to bring me back to the bus as its cold outside. such a nice lady.
The driver and tour guide are the same person, Mr. Chang, who waits at the scene early in the morning. There is no problem in communicating in Mandarin, and the ride is comfortable. The grapes are very fragrant and sweet, all point to point, very good.
The driver is very helpful and tells us the itinerary, approximate driving distance, and precautions every time. He also takes photos for everyone and is very attentive.
Could Klook please provide the tour guide information in advance next time? There were over 20 tour guides at the meeting point, and guests had to ask each one individually to find the right person. Also, the 4-part itinerary felt too rushed. The Koi Wood Shrine was boring and a waste of time, leaving insufficient time for lunch in Yanagawa. The other arrangements were very good, and the tour guide was great. The problem lies with the itinerary set by Klook.
The itinerary was very smooth, the tour guide was attentive, and the group members were punctual. Strawberry picking was a lot of fun and perfect for kids. This time, there were three greenhouses available for picking, each with three different types of strawberries, allowing us to sample many different varieties. Both adults and children ate their fill. The subsequent visit to Koiki Shrine was also quite charming; there's a beautiful small park nearby where kids can enjoy slides and swings, which was a pleasant surprise. Yanagawa and Dazaifu are well-known tourist attractions, and this tour made it very convenient to visit them without having to plan the route ourselves. It was excellent, highly recommended!
Fun and seamless day trip! 🍓✨ Strawberry picking was so sweet and fun, Koiki Shrine & Dazaifu were beautiful, and the Yanagawa boat ride was a highlight. Special thanks to our kind and knowledgeable driver/guide—made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Our guide is very nice and funny. All arrangments are good and professional. The guide also provided detailed information to all of us. Nice and happy trip.
