Reviews
It takes around an hour for the ride. We went there at around 6pm and it's quite hot in the summer. There was a voice guide for the views so you wouldn't miss the iconic buildings for Paris!
The scenery of the Seine River cruise is very beautiful, and you can see many famous attractions along the bank, which is worth a visit. In addition, the shipping company has no service at all. When choosing a champagne cruise, you only need to get a bottle of champagne before boarding the ship, and you can drink it yourself after boarding the ship. There is no service. It is recommended to just cruise.
This was not the experience expected, Champagne was not served, and the boat was like a general large boat. No hospitality or food counter like shown in the experience.
Hi, we thank you for raising your concerns and sharing feedback on your experience - it is regrettable that things weren't up to you booking for the Sparkling Cruise with Champagne on Bateaux Mouches. This isn't what we'd hoped to hear and will be taking this as honest, constructive feedback to share within the team and merchant. What we'll do for you, is report this back to the merchant on your behalf. That said, we thank you once again for choosing to book with Klook and we hope to serve you again. Sincerely, Sya
Redemption is convenient, fast and time-saving. It’s great to purchase the tickets you need in one go before traveling.
Please change your main picture. It must be picked up from the concession stand and eaten bottled before champagne.
The service and resolution to the issue been great. it was though a longer wait in the chat... which could be due to volume, the consultant was reasonably helpful.
