- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- Please be noted that if you are already in the destination of the e-sim product, the product will be activated automatically and start counting the usage

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

Used this in Tokyo & Nagasaki and speed is fairly fast. I use an openline Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra bought from the Philippines and have no problem registering the Esim or connecting to the data. Will book again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bought 2 lines of the 10gb package. Pretty easy to activate esim. You can activate first and it will connect when you reach Japan. If not you will need a stable internet connection when you reach Japan. Speed is good and quite stable throughout our trip in Tokyo

No problem in connecting to the network. I think this is the cheapest option & I’m glad in using it. I tried to connect it in SG airport first then when I landed in Japan (Tokyo), it was alright. Need to know that cannot “share hotspot” with friends. Used the esim for Tokyo area (e.g. Disneyland, Fuji Q Highland, Daiba, Kawagoe & Shibamata) & no issue with network.
At first, I was worried that it wouldn't work but I'm glad it did. It's just sad because the price was supposed to be for 30days when I first checked it but they reduced it to 25days with the same price. I am staying on a more province side of Japan and the signal still works perfectly fine. 😊 It's very helpful for your google maps needs when you're lost in the metro.

tookma chance, almost regretted it. but customer service was prompt and accurate and very helpful. we just needed to change apn settings and we were good to go. purchasing this again!
