It was a good experience. The driver Mr Chang was very nice. His drove very stable. He arrived hotel on time and he was waiting us patiently in the Badaling car park. We stayed much longer so we need to pay extra hour which had mentioned when booking.

The distance is long. Thanks to the driver's punctuality, we arrived at the destination according to the itinerary. The driver was a little serious and apathetic, and a little scared. So I chose to sleep along the way and closed my eyes and arrived! The weather was cold that day, and tourists with little physical energy really remember to take the cable car!

The driver provided by the supplier, Zhu Shichuan, called us a day earlier to say that the traffic to the Badaling Great Wall was very congested and time-consuming, so he strongly recommended another site, Mutianyu Great Wall. We only believe in the explanations of local people. However, afterwards, I learned that the traffic was not as good as the driver said. After arriving at the Great Wall, it was found that snow had scattered over the Great Wall due to snow in the evening. As unmelted snow was visible along the way, you must also walk carefully to avoid slipping. Hate can't climb higher (not a good man), so I suggest you try to avoid visiting the Great Wall in winter (although there is another view, it is very dangerous). Regarding driver Zhu, I can only say that he is more like a taxi driver. It may be that we have seen a lot of evaluations of chartered drivers. For example: most of them are very familiar with the local area. Related places to eat, drink and play. And we are praying. On the other hand, I would like to thank Driver Zhu, because he did not travel with us to the Great Wall and was waiting for us in the carriage. Also, during our return journey, one of the family members got into the car and found out that the cell phone was gone when they didn't know it, but it was still on when connected. We also tried to go back to the hotel and found no results. Fortunately, a call was received from driver Zhu, who said that he found a mobile phone in the compartment. Since he had already returned home and the distance was long, we only needed to provide him with fuel costs. (Because the area where he lives is more than an hour's drive from the hotel (in Wangfujing District)) Finally, Driver Zhu charged us 200 yuan. In retrospect, I would like to ask whether Klook and suppliers have such contingency measures. Is it customary for passengers and drivers to resolve it privately? Does the supplier have a physical store, and will the driver return the lost property to the company for processing? Because we are participating in the chartered service for the first time. Driver was a bit late, but that wasn’t really a problem, what really made me mad was he doesn’t know where to drop us in Badaling, so we walk in freezing cold temperature, what’s worse is that we upon going back to hotel he even charge us 50rmb for 30 mins extension even he was late in coming to the hotel..

The service is good. The driver arrived my hotel 19 minutes before 8am. The car is comfortable. But he only drives us to a car park near Badalin Great Wall. We need to transit to a public shuttle to there and back.
