The service attitude of the staff is very good. The room is clean and the space is large. Although the late check-in, they will give you 2 cups of wild drinks with the late check-out as compensation. You also need a toilet that seems to be designed in Japan and is fully automated! The shower and shampoo products are all from some very famous brands, and they taste delicious and fragrant. Although the breakfast is not a buffet, there are at least four options for you to choose from, including Japanese breakfast! It's very special, and you can go out and pick up some fruits, bread, drinks, etc. by yourself. The price/performance ratio is very high. This room is very resistant! Will definitely help again!

The menu of tapas for dinner is not only suitable for punching cards, but also tastes good and unique! The semi-buffet breakfast is delicious, I don't think there will be a Japanese breakfast option! Overall, catering and hotel facilities are highly recommended!

Room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.Making customer feel welcome and they went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early.We had a wonderful experience here. Everything was great at this hotel.

Nice hotel with good services! I like their japanese style and everything that aligns. Food was out of expectations :) for those who are expecting bigger rooms, it may not be your first choice…. Will definitely recommend friends to come! 😊

The weather is hot, there is a welcome drink after check-in, which is a delicious drink to quench your thirst! The room is new, clean and comfortable, the curtains are first-class in shading, and the Axor shower is very comfortable! There are many drawers and they are difficult to open, and the TV has YouTube but unfortunately no Netflix. Dinner surprise! The 8 dishes all taste good and look exquisite! The hotel staff are nice, but not too familiar. Check in on weekdays, very few people. I am very satisfied with this Staycation! Will stay again! It is recommended that the hotel give out a promotion to attract guests, even if it is introduced by a friend, I don't even know there is a new hotel.

Super explosion positive! Free upgrade for 30 hours of accommodation, I went to a Japanese-style tatami room! It’s so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ Everything is perfect, there is no table difference dd, the meal needs to be served on a hand-washing plate 🤣 The free lunch set is ok! Check in, the service sister is super nice, full marks! Will come again!

The room is spacious and clean, the TV is big and clear. The glass windows at right angles and the curtains are very relaxing and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and generous. We had a very happy 2 days and 1 night! Service and location is nice! Altho the lock was broken but the staff came to fix it fast. Also have nice birthday cake and birthday surprise.
