Room Information

• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Free Internet access is available in all rooms.
• All rooms are equipped with GiGA Genie hotel service, so guests can control the lights in the room and control the TV with your voice.

• All rooms are based on 2 adults. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (based on the age of children: Under 12 years old, Up to 1 child can stay for free when using existing bedding)

• Location: 4th floor Fait Maison
• Fait Maison will operate three sessions for breakfast on public holiday and alternative holiday.
• To offer a pleasant dining experience, Fait Maison will operate three sessions every weekend for breakfast and it opens for in-house guests ONLY. – First session 6:30AM – 7:45AM / Second session 8:00AM – 9:15AM / Third session 9:30AM – 10:45AM
• On-site Additional charge : Adult 66,000 won / Child (48 months to under 12 years old): 33,000 won
• Including breakfast for parents, one accompanying child under 12 years old is for free.
• Free breakfast for children under 48 months

• Guests can use Sofitel Fitness (gym and swimming pool) and Kids Lounge for free.

• Location: 16th floor
• Operating Hours : 6am - 10pm
• Regular closing date: First Tuesday of every month
• For safety reasons, only guests 16 years of age above are allowed to use the facilities

Indoor pool

• Location: 16th floor
• Operating Hours: 6 am to 10 pm
• Regular closing date: First Tuesday of every month
• Children under the age of 13 are allowed to use when accompanied by a guardian.
• Infants under 36 months of age can use the baby pool under the responsibility of their parents and must wear waterproof diapers.
• Individual swimming equipment is not provided separately, and guest must wear a swimming cap to enter the pool. (Can carry neck tube or arm ring and life jacket, tube is not allowed)
• Pool entry is limited to hotel guests.
• For your comfort and safety, all hotel guests are required to make prebooking to use the pool on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
• There will be the swimming pool disinfection for 45 minutes at 12:00PM and 06:00PM from Monday to Thursday.
• One entry per person per day is allowed.
• The outdoor Whrilpool is closed during the winter season (Dec - Feb).

Kids Lounge

• Operating Hours : 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Regular closing date: 2nd Tuesday of every month
