Okada Manila Sole-ful Walking Tour

Wonderful experience by Okada, with the chaperone guiding us from the Coral Wing lobby to the tour counter where we were served a light snack & beverages. Our guide, Howell, was very engaging and remained professional despite unforeseen circumstances. He managed a situation well and provided a highly positive experience - offering necessary assistance to take photos as well as insights into the hotel. This was a splendid way to start an early birthday celebration for my partner. As for the feet spa after the tour, this was even more amazing with our therapists - Dexter and Wilson - being exceptional at providing quality reflexology & massage. They were thoughtful, kind, and asked relevant questions about pressure, preexisting medical conditions, etc. before commencing the massage/therapy. All in all, a most magnificent experience that is suitable for not just special occasions with others, but also as an occasional treat for oneself.

Spectacular infrastructure. Feels like we are transported to Japan. Very instagrammable place. Fully airconditioned hence its relaxing to just stroll around the place. Our tour guide sir michael was very cortious and polite in taking pictures. We were entertained by his humor and communication skills. Definitely had an excellent experience.

Great experience! World class architecture and service. We enjoyed our day tour, the staffs were very accomodating. We didnt finish the entire tour because of our appointment in foot spa. The package is really worth it. Highly recommended. Planning to come back soon. Hoping other areas are free to explore. Hoping also that klook will provide other packages. Thank you Klook!

Very well spent birthday surprise for my mom. She really enjoyed the smooth transaction by klook. Very accomodating tour guide and very amazing place to visit. The spa is 100% relaxing and will surely come back and book again from klook.

If you want to test the waters and explore okada without checking in first, this is the perfect way to see their beauty! aside from that, the sole spa is really the best thing here! I slept for the entire foot massage! will do this again!

For us the Okada tour is really pointless because other than seeing the hotel rooms and function halls, which are essentially their marketing attempt, the other locations can pretty much be covered on our own. The guide is least enthusiastic and keep asking us to take photos which was really unnecessary because we would if we wanted. Plenty of waiting time for the tour to starts and after the tour ended before we were ushered to the spa. We truly enjoyed the foot spa though which was awesome and wish it was 90min instead of 60min.

Very good day tour experience! chill walk and discoveries about Okada with the wonderful Okada employees welcoming us! thank you to our tourguides Heaven for a well guided and informative tour! and to our super awesome therapists Rio and Aileen for treating us like princesses at the spa! we love every min at Okada and more trips to come!

Upon arriving at Okada, we were given refillable welcome drinks and snacks. Membership was offered however because we are govt employees, we weren't eligible. The tour itself was okay, we went to places we probably wouldn't be able to visit outside of the tour. (Chairmn's lounge, executive suites, villas) But the highlight of this was the soleful retreat foot massage! There were drinks and snacks while waiting. The massage itself was super relaxing. It was a wonderful experience.

The guide was very kind and I enjoyed the tour. I was shown the spacious rooms that are hard to get into, and I thought I would like to stay here someday. However, the foot spa started 30 minutes later than the reserved time, so my subsequent plans were also delayed, which was unfortunate.

A good experience. The whole tour is explained in English. Although I don't understand it very well, the guide is very enthusiastic and helps solve some problems. The water dance is nice to watch. It doesn't matter whether you gamble or not. I hope there will be Chinese guided tours in the future.
