Phnom Kulen National Park Pass (Free Hotel Delivery)

we booked ticked passes for 2 person and 1 car, but we did not received any ticket at our hotel nor any call/email from the operator regarding the booking, only the confirmation email from Klook. When we contact Klook on the day of the trip, all we get are questions like "You checked your email inbox? You checked your Spam box? You tried calling them? How about Whatsapp?" then "We will further look into a refund request" or change our date and hope that we will not get scammed again. That's all, we booked and paid in advance but when problem happened, we can only wait for a refund, not a word or compensation about a terrible experience in our trip. Last but not least, the conversations always got closed after 5 minutes of no reply although I was still in the chat screen, waiting for their response or typing my detailed answer, then I have to get through the virtual assistant's multiple useless questions again just to get in touch with another experience specialist. 1 star for both the service operator and Klook Customer Care

Booking on Klook will cost a little cheaper than buying directly, with tickets delivered to the hotel just one day before the tour date. Quite far from the center of Seam Reap, so try to go early.

The national park is quite beautiful, with mountains and waterfalls for bathing. The road going in is a bit dusty but basically I am quite satisfied with the service

He guided us kindly throughout the day and gave us very detailed explanations. He also showed us restaurants and we had a safe tour.

The service is quite good, tickets were delivered to the hotel, fast and convient. The waterfall is nice.

Ticket was delivered to my hotel one day before tours started. Price is cheaper than other agencies and no hassle Koulen National park mountain is best place to visit beside temple. I was really enjoy.
