There was a problem communicating with the driver, and then he made sarcastic remarks, which was very unpleasant. It was said that we added a line, but we found out that we didn't. We kept trying to contact the driver to send him the location, but he kept being roundabout and always got very angry when giving him the location. How can we communicate like this?

The driver was very punctual. When he came to pick us up, he looked injured and in pain, but he still completed the job of picking us up and dropped us off very responsibly. During the process, he was also very enthusiastic about introducing us to some local specialties.

I gave two stars because I paid for a mercedes Viano but they sent a Toyota vellfire. The reason I gave this a 2 star not a one because the driver was very sweet and accomodating that I did not complain to him. It was not his fault but the agency.
