Bought for my in laws!!! Very beautiful package. Price from Klook very cheap. Recommended.
Fuss free pick up. Everything was already prepared when I arrived.
Collection process was swift and fuss-free! Got this at a good deal for assorted flavours:) The mooncake was not too sweet and the osmanthus lychee flavour was fragrant!
The mooncakes comes in a simple metal tin box which serves 4 traditional mooncakes. Really love the flavours and the staff is courteous and well-mannered. Excellent customer service indeed.
Good location and food. The staff was helpful and polite.
Delivered at 1:41am and hanged it at my door knob. Incorrect order and incorrect quantity. Paperbag was in very bad condition. Liaised with delivery man to check and they said will re-deliver the b/w 3-5pm. Reached my place at abt 9:20pm to pick up the incorrect mooncakes without giving my correct mooncakes back to me. They said need to take my incorrect mooncakes and go exchange with another customer. I waited till 11pm, still no sight of my mooncakes. Klook and Ritz Carlton totally ruined my Friday and Saturday waiting for delivery. I have been very patience and kind for this whole saga which it is non of my fault. Bear in mind, now is Covid period. How can you make sure my mooncakes are in safe hand with another customer for this almost 24 hrs. In the end, I told the delivery man no need to deliver to me. I will call Ritz Carlton to follow up. I am so disappointed with both Klook and Ritz Carlton.

The ones sold here are not cheap at all, only 58 boxes in the store, it is better to go directly to the Ritz Carlton to buy.
