- Shinhotaka Ropeway round trip tickets (Suspended on weekdays until 3/13).
Attention
- Seating arrangements will be made at the redemption counter along with the issuance of the bus pass. Please note that depending on the reservation status, we may not be able to arrange seats for your desired bus.
- Please note that the bus operation status and seat availability will be different between the time of reservation and voucher redemption.
- Refund after voucher redemption is possible only if all unused ticket pieces are brought to the redemption counter before the departure time.
- Please arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time to avoide any delays of the bus. If you miss your bus due to traffic or other reasons, the bus will not be able to wait for you.
- Please arrive at the redemption counter with enough time. It takes about 10 minutes from the redemption counter to bus stop (Basta Shinjuku).

About S-class seats
Some buses between Shinjuku and Matsumoto have "S-class seats" which offer wider seats and movable pillows and an electrical outlet. These seats are available for an additional 1,000 yen to the ticket price. If you wish to purchase this service, please inquire with the staff at the ticket counter when you exchange your ticket.
*S-class seats may not be available due to bus maintenance or other reasons. The service content of the S-class seat is subject to change.

convenient and worth traveling as needed No need to pay extra money at all (didn't go to kanazawa). For those who have never been to Shinjuku Station, it's not easy. The station is crowded and rushed. This way, please ask many people for directions. Until we find someone who can help us. If I've never been there for a lot of time, the Japanese people who help me are very cute. I'm taking you there. Thank you very much. The staff member who exchanged the voucher explained the details very well. Overall, it was a good experience.
Confused and disappointed because I thought Kanazawa & Toyama is included in this pass but it's not.
