The whole experience was amazing! The tour guide was professional and friendly, the explanation was clear, and he took us to an excellent observation point. Eventhough we didn't get to see the dolphins on the day, we had a great time! The staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Plus, they offer you to come back free of charge if you don't see dolphins.

Please i request an instant refund for the unattended tickets for this matter as I also been costed alot to take uber all the way down from Ringwood to Sorrento.
