Fuss free to redeem at clinic But still queue about 40 min Pre departure test document immediately available Thanks Klook for the voucher. Convenient

Still need to wait even after making appointment. Other than that its easy to redeem. Instant confirmation upon booking, lot of locations and information about how to redeem provided.

Online booking was simple and straightforward. The staff at the clinic were very pleasant & polite and explained the process clearly to us. Results were received in about 4 hours. Very good experience. Thank you

Went to the clinic at tampines central 830am and saw a queue outside and was puzzled if i should go in and said i have already booked appointment. Which i did but still took me an hour to clear the whole procedure. Btw, please inform the staff earlier if you are going to pay by klook voucher.

Easy to redeem and there are lots of locations to choose from. Overall a hassle free experience. Would recommend.

Did the PCR test on Tuesday noon after received it the next day after lunch, right in time for our evening flight. Reservation and redemption were seamless. The doctor and clinical assistants at the Tampines Central outlet were super helpful and patient with us too, though I’d like to caveat that the branch was super busy in the morning - also why we had to do our tests only around noon, even though we’ve booked the morning slots.

The services provided by Healthway Medical is very professional. They ensured my pre-departure PCR test is complied with the airlines regulations. Smooth process.

It was convenient and the wait was not long. Even though the reservation was later than the reservation time, it seems that we were able to proceed without a reservation.

Fuss-free and quick! Forgot our passports but they also accepted photos. Process was simple and we were out in less than 30min.
