The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service, details are as follows:

• Orders must carefully fill in the shuttle service to avoid multiple communications leading to full occupancy and inability to book.
• Schedule 1: Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (Zhuhai Station) to Yu Hot Spring Resort, approximately 60 minutes by car: 11:00/14:00/16:00. Boarding location: After exiting from Gate Z07, go straight, find Platform 3, take the escalator down to parking space 2 and wait for the Yu Hot Spring special line. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to register. No waiting for latecomers.
• Schedule 2: Zhuhai Light Rail Station (Gongbei) to Yu Hot Spring: 11:30/14:30/16:30. Boarding location: Gongbei Light Rail Station (Zhuhai Station) Exit A, left side bus stop. If you arrive early, you can find the Yu Hot Spring shuttle service counter (Shop 119B, Port City) to rest and wait. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance, find Yu Hot Spring staff and show your boarding code for verification (or the last 4 digits of your reservation mobile number), and board after reporting the name of the occupant. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to register. No waiting for latecomers. There will be extra buses on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (newly added). • Return information: Yu Hot Spring Resort to Gongbei-Light Rail (Zhuhai Station) to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge: 9:30/12:00/14:00
• Return reservation method: When checking in, please make a reservation with the front desk to obtain the corresponding bus ticket. Board the bus at the entrance of Yuyingzhuang Hotel according to the schedule with the ticket.
• Free shuttle service for guests. Please call 0756-5797128 to make a reservation before 18:00 one day in advance. Free shuttle seats will be provided according to the number of people corresponding to the reserved room type.
• If the number of guests exceeds the number of people on the booking form, or if they arrive late or early and cannot provide relevant data, the driver has the right to refuse to carry them and will not bear any responsibility. Any inconvenience will be borne by the guests themselves.

Birthday Decoration Instructions:

• If you need birthday decorations in the room, you can only check in and get the room card between 17:00 and 18:00. However, you can store your luggage at the front desk in advance, and you can also soak in the hot springs and visit the hotel.
