  • Rosewood Hong Kong’s Butterfly Patisserie now offers its popular afternoon tea for takeaway, filled with sweet treats designed by executive pastry chef Holger Deh. Aside from the usual finger sandwiches and baked scones (served with clotted cream, strawberry jam and orange marmalade), the tea set includes four daily-rotating varieties of individual cakes from the patisserie. In addition, the set includes two pieces of the hotel cake shop’s popular Tahitian vanilla mille-feuille, where three layers of laminated butter pastry sandwich whipped vanilla cream.
