Reviews
Teacher Noe led us to the market to buy fruits and ingredients, then returned to the cooking school to teach us how to make 2 kinds of Vietnamese spring rolls, chicken pho, green papaya salad, and egg coffee. The activity lasted approximately 4.5 hours, then we enjoyed the food and fruit together.
The staff was very friendly and explained everything carefully! The finished dishes were delicious, and we all ate them together. They even wrapped up the dishes we couldn't finish for us to take home! I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
I miss this cooking class already. Chef Ruby was so patient and engage with us in every moment we could. the food was also delicious!!!
Teacher Lucy is very lovely, it was a fun experience, a very pleasant morning, highly recommended!
Amazing experience! Isabel was really interactive and took us to the market to pick out some fruit to eat later, and was very kind as instructive when cooking. The food was also amazing! We ended up having the class to ourselves which was amazing! Highly recommend!
Lucy is a great guide! Had a good time in cooking class with fds! Recommend!
Stephanie was an amazing cooking instructor. She's very knowledgeable, a great communicator and professional. We learned so many things on Vietnamese food and culture with her. We also realized that Mauritius and Vietnam had a lot in common. Thanks for the enriching experience!
The experience is very fun and a must try when you are in Hanoi. my only comment is that our guide for the day (Ruby) should be more engaging. My expectation is she will give us details about the things that we bought in the market or even a brief history about the dish but overall the experience is great and will do it again in the future.
Loved this experience! We were the only ones who signed up for the class that day so we have a private class to ourselves. The guide was really knowledgeable and friendly too!
Ruby (our chef) was very friend and happy to answer all our questions about Vietnamese Food! Our class also become like an informal chit chat session about Vietnamese culture after a while haha
