Sea Octopus Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay with Ti Top & Sung Sot

A great day out, pickup was on time, a very good driver and super comfortable seats. The boat was of high quality and a great dining experience. To be able to sit on the window with great views of Ha Long Bay is not something we will forget. The staff were amazing and always made sure people were looked after. What a great day out and would recommend.

Beautiful cruise, good facilities. Friendly and enthusiastic staff and tour guide. Delicious buffet food. If the island visit time was a little longer so that visitors could have a full experience, it would be great.

A lot of different internal food on the boat, even my picky father also feels satisfied. The staffs are so gentle and warm. And I would like to give a big "Like" to Nước. She is a warmest tour guide I have ever seen. Thanks for everything.

The cruise staff who guided us were all very kind, and the tour guide especially took great care of us. We were assigned a window seat on the second floor, which had a great view, and the food was delicious. The drinks were also reasonably priced and delicious, so I bought several. I enjoyed the very comfortable atmosphere with two song performances in the morning and afternoon.

Excellent tour, I recommend. For an additional fee we took a boat - we sailed along the grotto to a beautiful bay, on the slopes of the rocks of which monkeys live

(Overall) The cruise was amazing. (Staff) The Vietamese staff were very hospitable and professional. They really took a good care of the guests. (Food) The Asian food selection was good. The number of guests should be controlled. I found this time the cruise was a bit too crowded. They don't allow the guests to bring bottle of water. The lunch is free but beverages are to be charged. (Transport) ***The shuttle van was comfortable. The driver is responsible. Our group arrived at the Hanoi Opera House at 5:50am, but the driver came around 6:40. (Almost 50 minutes late) There was no email to communicate with us and one of us sent email indicated in the Klook page, but there was no response (up until now). The number was also not reachable, we asked hotel concierge to contact one day before. We almost decided to come back to the hotel. Luckily we were patient enough to be there outside in the cold for 50 minutes. (In the image, I started to contact Klook via app and they came ) Setting up the better communication channels for your guests is highly recommended. (That's why I gave you 4 stars) This is a constructive feedback. All of us enjoyed your lovely service and just want you to become much better.

Excellent service from staff. our tour guide was really helpful and always had a smile. The itinerary was well organized and not rushed.

The tour was very well organized. Since the departure time is already at 9 AM, you arrive at the usual sights before the large tour groups. The food on board is particularly noteworthy, and the staff are all very attentive and friendly.

Everything was amazing, we had an opportunity to see everything, no time wasting .
