Shared City Transfers Between Taipei and Yilan / Jiaoxi / Luodong by Kamalan

From taipei main station need to walk to taipei bus station and go to "Kamal Bus" to collect physical tickets. First need to walk to this Q square mall follow exit Y5. Second at Q square mall go up to Level 1 and continue walk straight to taipei bus station. Go to Kamalan Bus counter to collect the ticket, if you buy both way and don't know what time to come back ask for an empty ticket (shown on 5 image) then when you come back pass that tickets to the counter they will fill in the time and sit number.

Booking this bus transfer was the easiest choice I’ve made when we decided to go to Yilan. The process of redeeming the tickets were smooth and easy. The ticket booth can be redeemed at the 4th floor from TRA Taipei Main Station. You can also choose your preferred time to travel. The bus was very spacious and comfy!

The bus is very convenient most especially if you’re going to Zhang Mei Ama’s Farm. Buses are on time. We did not have a hard time claiming the tickets. note that the counter in taipei bus station opens at 7am.

We availaed this since we wanted to visit the Kavalan Distillery. Since the technology building station was near our hotel, we chose this as our get on point. The staff there are very helpful and accommodating with all our inquiries. Just show your klook voucher to the counter so they can give you your actual ticket with seat numbers. They even have bathroom and offer free water at the station. You can also refill your tumblers there as they have a water dispenser. The buses are very clean, comfortable, cool airconditionong and even comes with a toilet. The bus also arrives and departs on time as scheduled! What a convenient and easy way to get to the kavalan distillery instead of diy-ing our commute there!

The bus service will have staff to explain what to do in the bus for safety stuffs. Very good service in Taiwan, Impressive 👍🏻 Easy to redeemed at Taipei Bus interchange. But better to redeem it 1 day in advance to check your bus timing before departure. And book the return ticket timing when you reach the location than last min like us. This is a good experience to take bus to Yilan go to 张美阿嬤农场。

The return bus ride from Taipei bus station to various parts of yilan is highly recommended. Tickets were easy to redeem and there were buses every 20 minutes so there is no need to rush for them. Bus rides were comfortable and quick to destinations.
