This is a must while visiting Madrid and Julia travels is pretty good 👍🏻 customer service, friendly service..MATEO our tour guide he was amazing and accommodating, he always make sure no one left behind in our group..He tried his best to explain everything to us in English the history, culture etc., in every place we went..though weather didn’t favor to us yet the fun 🤩 must go on ..Highly recommended ..lovely experienced❤️❤️❤️

unfortunately missed the tour but the company offered me to attend the next day with half price. comfortable transport for visiting two place in one day
Mateo was okay. I had better tour guides. The tour felt rushed and impersonal. He had memorized a script and just delivered it. It was insightful but nothing spectacular. Hope they can improve this kind of service. He didn't even look for us after lunch. We wondered where they were only to find them at the wall area which we didn't get to take a pic.

One-day tour of two cities, the castle is beautiful, the itinerary is easy and convenient, the gathering is on time, and the tour guide is very responsible.
Both places are very unique. You can take a break during the one-hour drive. It is well arranged. In fact, if you are not lazy for lunch, you can choose freely.
Sylvia and Jorge Serrano from Julia’s tour company were very knowledgeable and engaging. They made the tour fun even with the rain.
The ancient walls of Avila are a bit far from Madrid, and Klook offers a convenient option for those without a car, saving you valuable time by not having to transfer vehicles.
It was a fulfilling day trip near Madrid. The guide was also friendly and led the tour passionately. I recommend Segovia and Avila.
