When I arrived at the scene, I was told that it was not available and I needed to buy a new ticket. I highly recommend it not~
You have to exchange the voucher to ferry ticket at the port. However there might be a lot of people there. Pls allow enough time at the port.
pathetically managed. I would be raising an official complaint with Klook. Despite having paid for the ferry tickets from Oslob to Panglao on Jan 21, 2023, the ferry staff did not recognize the Klook booking and asked us to purchase new tickets to get on-board. I spoke to the Ferry organising company (Apekop) over phone and the manager said Klook has not been clearing the accounts amd not been crediting them the money for the ferry tickets sold. I would like my full one refund with an apology and an explanation of why this happened.

The ferrry(?) was really not that formal which ppl should know before booking it but everything was just anticipated so I think it's fine - incl getting your legs wet when getting up/off the ferry, noise and seasicking and everything - but it's just so convenient if you don't wanna travel back to Cebu if you're heading to Bohol anyway. I don't think ppl should go there before 11am anyway, just waiting on the ferry, waste of time
Horrible coordination between Klook and Apekop travel ferry operator. The operator wont board us in because they won't acknowledge booking made with Klook so in the end we had to pay in cash to the ferry staff after a long debate with them. Definitely recommend to book directly to their own operator website. Somemore our request to refund also being conveniently ignored by Klook. Shown in the picture below is the email exchange between Klook and ferry operator. Next time make sure whatever issues are settled before even accepting more booking and made the passengers (18 of us on 22 Jan 2023) get caught in the middle

Don't book this ferry trip rather go directly to their direct website (Apeko Travel). Our trip almost fall behind the schedule when the crew almost offloaded us because our booking was not forwarded to them. I've sent a message thru the app regarding my concern and haven't received any feedback from them yet! I want my money back!

This ferry is operated exclusively before and after, including after you arrive at Momo beach in Bohol Island, the pick-up and drop-off vehicles are also dead pigs at 150P per person, and the sailing time is 2 hours. The boat is shaking and many people are vomiting.

This day is crowded with people. All in all, not very satisfying journey
Very bad. The travel agency staff did come to pick up us. We have to take taxi go there. And find someone call the staff come up to book the schedule for me. We wait for the staff there more than 1hrs. The staff promised will come to pick up us after this trip ended. But in the end, totally missing. We spend our money take taxi too :(
