Reviews summaryA hot spring hotel with a slightly quaint appearance. I chose to come here for a hot spring bath (not accommodation) on this vacation. Because I want to take my family to visit the geothermal valley and hot spring museum, I am looking for a suitable hot spring hotel along the Beitou River. This hotel does not seem to be the right one. The green sulfur spring in the Geothermal Valley is the white sulfur spring coming from Sulfur Creek, so it is less acidic. Advantages of our hotel: 1. High cost performance: you can rest for 3 hours at the same price, while other hotels only take about 90 minutes of bathing without rest. Space; parking space is convenient for many people to travel 2. Clean environment: Although the decoration is relatively simple, it is quite satisfactory overall, and it can be seen that the store has been carefully organized and cleaned. Small disadvantages 1. There is no ordinary tap water and hot water, which seems to be a problem for some Passengers with sensitive skin are troubled, and the tap water temperature is low. 2. I made a reservation at 16 o'clock, but it seems that the front desk mistakenly changed the reservation to 14 o'clock, and they also very considerately called me to ask if I wanted to take a bath. Although there was no actual impact, the staff's small mistake can be regarded as a fly in the ointment. 3. Because the total time is 3 hours and you will go in and out of the hot springs multiple times, and you also need to bathe and wipe your body, the towels provided by the hotel are a bit insufficient.
The hotel has a classic appearance. The counter is friendly and professional. The first impression is very good. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. The hot spring pool is also great. The 3 hours is enough and very nice.
The place and room were a bit dated, and the hot spring smelled like egg whites because of the sulfur. However, we really appreciated their hospitality throughout the trip.
Overall it's clean and bright and the room has no smell. Occasionally, I heard noise from the neighbor while taking a bath. There is plenty of water and the water is hot very quickly. The pool is large and clean. There is no dust on the window sill. 3H is a good deal at this price and I will buy it again if I want to relax.
There was a free shuttle from Xinbeitou Station, which was convenient. The room had a nice atmosphere, and being able to sit on the tatami mats was a relief for a Japanese person. The bath had a tap for hot spring water and a tap for cold water, so you could dilute it to your desired temperature and soak in it. The water filled up faster than I expected, so I was able to relax. In addition to the shampoo and body soap provided, there was also conditioner, which was a big plus.
A must try experience when you visit Beito. The room we chose was a classic Japanese roon with tatami floor. It was spacious and clean. The private hot spring tub ha ms ample amount for two persons. It is the only resorts that offers 2 hours stay which you can really enjoy the hot spring. They also offer a shuttle service from/to Xinbeitou MRT to the hotel. Highly recommended.
This time I took advantage of my birthday to go to Beitou for a bath with my husband. The tickets we booked at short notice provided great value and convenient service. The process at the housekeeping counter was smooth and we didn’t have to wait too long. It was a great experience!
After walking 20,000+ steps, this was the perfect spot for destressing. We went to Xinbeitou for the hot springs. Unfortunately for us, the public spots were closed but because of the Phoenix Pavilion Hot Spring Experience, going all this way was worth it. This is perfect for those who want a private hot spring experience. They provide an electrolyte drink, towels, a hair blower and even toiletries. The only downside was the water was really, really hot and it was a flowing spring so you had to get used to it. The area was perfect as we chose the semi-open air room. Everything went smoothly too. After booking in Klook, make sure to reserve your specific schedule by clicking their hotel link. Afterwards, we were offered a shuttle to Xinbeitou Station. Super convenient!
The room is spacious and clean. The bath has a large flow rate and the spring water is hot enough. The staff are polite and there is a shuttle bus near the MRT station to pick you up. It's a great experience.
The store's service was very friendly. First, they allowed us to postpone the time due to traffic jams, and then helped us upgrade to a VIP room when we needed to add more people. Thank you so much😊The appearance looks very historical, but the interior is clean and tidy. I will bring my family here next time !
