Additional Information:

  • Child seats are available. Please request this in advance at the checkout page
  • Person with disabilities will be assisted by the driver
  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicles
  • The operator will contact you to confirm the pick up location and driver's details 1 day before your travel date
  • Inform the operator at least 4 hours before your pick up for any change or cancellation due to unforseen reasons
  • Please refer to the operator's contact information displayed in your voucher

Booking Guidelines:

  • Please book at least 10 hours before your pick up time
  • Please indicate your preferred transfer direction upon checkout
  • Hotel pick up: Your preferred pick up time should be at least 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure

Surcharge:

  • Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of VND50,000 per hour
  • Surcharge will be collected in cash by the operator

the vehicle used was not good for 12pax plus baggage . although we are just 6pax , i booked a larger vehicle for our luggage , but it seems that they provided a smaller vehicle just exactly to fit us . overall , the service was good .

Wow. Love the ride and driver. Professional at work. He waited at us for almost 1 hour because our flight was delayed. Must booked whenever you arrive at Ho Chi Minh to prevent riding from scams taxi.

It was some misunderstanding between the girl who hold the sign and the driver, both of them can’t really communicate in English but overall the transit was smooth. Recommended.
