It is a very cost-effective package trip, but you can use the JR pass directly on the bus. It is meaningless to give a serial number.

This package is a total catch! We were able to use JR pass going to Hiroshima, Kobe, Kyoto, and going around Osaka thru JR Lines for 5 days. Easy to locate redemption centers, and we only needed to show printed vouchers in USJ and Hiroshima Sightseeing Bus. Definitely worth it.
