had a bad experience. i was given price B ticket without letting me select price type for my USJ visit. i contacted klook and none from the rep helped me at all

Value for money but unfortunately brought wrong usj ticket.ticket B cant be used at ticket A even thou more expensive ticket.all JR line is accessible except tozai line which website said is JR but is not~bad for JR line website.harukas has a tall building.

The plan wrote a wide-area pass, and the result was a Kansai pass plus a Keihan pass ... I also paid for the Kurashiki to Kobe ticket myself. Then wrote the customer service requesting the refund of the difference and compensation for the loss, and there was no response at all.

Really cheap, don't lose to buy this package, it's easy for Redeem to just show the mobile voucher

Was happy with this pass until I use it to Amanohashidate and found out that it is not covered as the title and description mentioned JR Kansai Wide Pass but it is not actually, it's only JR Kansai Pass so please be aware of this, you have to pay extra cost.

Pass is good value for money, we bought 4 days pass to include USJ, Toei and Haruka building pass, however please be aware that once you lost your JR pass ticket, they wont re issue or replace your lost ticket. In my opinion, because we provided our passport for each ticket, the JR office should be able to cancel lost ticket and re issue to same passenger with only once reissue is allowed for each passenger to be fair in case they dont want the extra hassle.
