We are extremely disappointed with the customer service rendered by this Red Chilli's Restaurant. Firstly, they do not provide certain items as per the package details (example: Pani Puri), and keep stating that they don't have in stock and I need to have whatever they have. Frustrating approach. Secondly, when I requested him to pack food, he willingly missed out the dessert. It's the first time ever in my life, I have opened the parcel to check whether they have missed out anything else. When reported to the manager, he didn't even apologize, which was clear that this act was somehow intentional. Deal was good, but not happy with their customer service, specially the dishonesty. sigh!!

very easy redeem of Singapore Flyer voucher at Bhandari's. Just showed voucher from phone! Got seated quickly at the buffet, had some wonderful food (service was also great!). Then it's off to the flyer. In the event Google maps failed you like it did in my case, the restaurant is right exactly where the flyer is (maps wanted me to take a bus!) The Singapore Flyer is a great experience!. Part of my "must try list" for fellow tourists! Great view of the city and AC! Just note, it may make you queasy! lol Dont forget to see the Koi pond!

Singapore flyer is a must visit attraction. Food is specifically for Indian as usual.

very nice view, weather must b checked b4 visiting here. as bad weather wl spoil ur money. thanks klook for nice combo with Bhandari Saffron(though slightly unhygienic due to heavy rush)...

all good but there is nothing special to see all you can c from ground floor while in your city tour food is good but limited option and no package drinking water regularly tab water only with one sweet that was fruit custored

one of the nice experience in this, we can see entire Singapore from this flyer when on top must visit place

nice place but carry a umbrella incase it rains as it spoils the visit

The night view of Singapore is very beautiful, but the Indian restaurant has a good meal.
