Reviews
I absolutely loved the Bruny Island Gourmet Full-Day Tour. The whole day felt relaxed, well-paced, and full of amazing food and stunning views. From fresh oysters and cheeses to the breathtaking lookout at The Neck, everything was unforgettable. What really made the experience special was our guide, Dave — he was friendly, funny, and genuinely passionate about the island. He made everyone feel comfortable and looked after. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hobart.
This trip was definitely worth it! Bruny Island is absolutely beautiful, with stunning natural scenery and a relaxing vibe throughout the day. Our guide, Paul, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better with his great storytelling and care for everyone on the tour.
Paul was an extremely engaging and humorous guide who knew just how to make this a special experience for us. Besides his wealth of knowledge about the area he also thoughtfully looked out for white wallabies for us to see something unique to Bruny Island, and did a spot of whale chasing for us too. The ferry ride to the island was also surprisingly smooth - I didn’t even realise we had left the mainland till we were halfway there. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get an exclusive look at Bruny Island through a local’s eyes.
Great day out! so much yummy food, and the ower at the chocolate factory came out and gave us a lovely tour of his beautiful garden! We also had some time in the nature, it was a good day between food and the beautiful scenery
many little stops for food and view, which is very nice. the great spot is the lookout and the private garden at the chocolate shop, very great. leatherwood ice cream is awesome!
This is a chill and relax finale to our Tassie adventure. It is a great way to support the local business as well! Knowledgeable guide and wonderful itinerary.
It was my first time on Bruny Island, but I had a lot of fun to see all the famous oysters, chocolate, and honey! I was initially notified of the meeting point near the port, but they changed it to a hotel pick-up the day before by phone. It was a very friendly company and I was able to spend a fun day there.
The weather was quite bad when we went but the tour guide still made sure we enjoy the tour. Cheese, oysters and fish and chips lunch were really good.
great tour guide Alan who explained much of history and information about Bruny Island
It was a wonderful trip, and I am grateful to the travel agency for the arrangement. There were many different delicacies, such as oysters, bee candy, bee ice cream, and other delicacies. The whole itinerary was well arranged, but it was very windy there, so everyone should be careful and safe.
