Comfort 7-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 10-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 9 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-26 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of or large luggage, it is recommended that you book an appropriate vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the recommended reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the traveler. If the car rental time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay the driver in cash. 1. Child seats are not mandatory. If required, please book in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces and may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra charge of 2000 JPY/seat/day. For more than two child safety seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the charter service is 8 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or guesthouses within Akita City (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, the driver may require reserved empty driving time or additional fees may apply based on actual circumstances). The service is available from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to arrange your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: For departures or endings in different locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after the order is placed.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please enable the add friend setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in a timely manner).
5. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it promptly to facilitate communication regarding itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before vehicle use). Please note: Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the driver's arrival for pick-up.
6. Overtime fees/excess mileage fees will be charged if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance.
7. For a total journey exceeding 200 kilometers, JPY 300 will be charged per kilometer.
8. For consecutive order guests staying in cities outside Akita City, an additional accommodation fee of 8000 JPY for the driver will be required.
9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur additional charges. Important reminder: Please provide correct contact information to facilitate communication with the supplier.

After the order is confirmed, the supplier will proactively contact you to confirm itinerary details. To ensure smooth receipt of notifications, please be sure to provide correct and complete contact information and pay attention to messages. The supplier will use LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat as the primary communication tools. It is recommended that you prioritize filling in one of them to facilitate communication with the supplier.
