Although there isn't a Korean guide, some staff members can speak a little Korean. It's also rare to get the chance to step onto the field in Korea unless you're a season ticket holder, so this experience is quite appealing for the 17,000 won price point. The EZO BOSS building is across from PayPay Dome, and the DOME TOUR RECEPTION entrance is on the 3rd floor (though it's actually right across from PayPay Dome Exit 4, so you can just go in there and show your voucher; exchanging it isn't difficult). For transportation, if you're taking the subway from Hakata Station or Tenjin Station, take the Airport Line, get off at Tojinmachi, and exit from Tojinmachi Exit 3. It's about a 15-minute walk, but it's not too long, so it's a worthwhile tour. If you like baseball, I highly recommend visiting. Especially since Lee Dae-ho played for SoftBank during the 2014-2015 season, it's definitely worth a visit.
I wanted to see the game, but I couldn't go, so I think it was a good idea to go on the dome tour, and it was an honor to be able to see the stadium where the players play. I didn't understand all the explanations, but I think it was good because I understood most of them!!
You can access areas normally off-limits during games, like the player's locker room, bullpen, and press box. You can even run on the field! The tour guide speaks only Japanese, but you can scan the QR code on the name tag for an audio guide. The Chinese audio and text explanations will follow the tour's progress. If you have children with you, using headphones will be more convenient.
In Fukuoka PayPay Dome, you need to go to the Boss service counter opposite to show the QR code in exchange for a physical ticket. You can experience the high live big screen and visit the lounge and bullpen. Unfortunately, the turf was covered for the concert when you went there 😂
I really enjoyed the friendly explanation and the magnificent PayPay Dome. I highly recommend you experience it at least once in your life. However, it would be more convenient if you could explain the ticket issuing location in a little more detail.
This experience is fantastic for baseball fans. We participated in the bullpen and press room tours before the game, and even got to step onto the field like the players. The atmosphere was wonderfully created. I highly recommend this for travelers visiting Fukuoka.
This is the last time the stadium is open this year. You can use the guided tour to clearly understand the various information about the stadium itself, and also have an immersive experience of the current home team SoftBank Hawks. It is a must-see for baseball fans.
To participate, please first look for gates 3-4, then enter the MLB cafe opposite, go to the service desk opposite to exchange for a physical admission ticket, and go out to the gate of gate 4 5 minutes before entering to report to the staff. That’s it.
It was a bit difficult to find a place to exchange vouchers, but the dome tour was worthwhile. I couldn't understand everything because the explanation was in Japanese, but it was a fun experience. This is the place where this conversation took place.
The check-in desk is at the service desk directly opposite MLB CAFE. Don’t go and inform the service desk at gates 7 and 8. I spent an extra half an hour looking for it today. I only know where to check in when I see people participating in the tour. .
