La Spa 16, Nourishing Shampoo & Massage Experience in Hanoi

me and 2 of my friends took a chance and book this spa since it’s just a 2 mins walk from our hotel. ambiance is great! we were the only people there went we went inside at 3pm. I was given tea. We were taken up to the massage and hair wash room. Massage is so good!!! you can ask your therapist if you want it moderate/hard/or soft. Also, there is an option if you want a facial spa while getting your hair wash. I opten not to get it since I’m wearing makeup. The hair wash was so relaxing and made our hairs super soft and shiny!!! I love it!!! Ngat was my therapist and she was so good ❤️

This time I went with my Vietnamese friend, who said the price was a bit high, but it was very comfortable. Because the price was so high, we didn't give the technicians a tip when they asked for one.

The spa is clean and well maintained. I availed of the 90-minute nourishing head and scalp experience which also includes an elaborate facial. So relaxing! The location is also within the Old Quarter so it's within just walking distance if you're staying in the same area. Make sure to tip the therapist. Standard tip is 100,000 VND.

My masseuse was Nan(I am not sure if I'm spelling it right). She did a good job and the hospitality was good by the receptionist. He was friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I received a nourishing shampoo and a head massage. I was in the middle of my trip to Hanoi and I was in an unfamiliar environment and lacked sleep, so this really relieved my fatigue. I felt really refreshed after they washed not only my scalp but also my ears. The person who took care of me was Loan. She gave me a very thorough treatment. Thank you.
