• [Assembly & Refunds] For group-booking products, please arrive at the assembly point 10 minutes in advance. Departures are strictly on time, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Each stop will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes; if you exceed this time, you must proceed to the next assembly point on your own. If you leave the group midway or voluntarily abandon the tour, no fees will be refunded, you must assume all safety risks yourself, and seats cannot be designated.

Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle, and a vehicle cleaning fee will be charged for any stains. - [Itinerary Change Description] Affected by weather, road conditions, holidays, and Japanese 10-hour vehicle use regulations, the order of the itinerary and duration of stay are subject to change; public holidays (red days) are prone to traffic jams and may cause delays of 2-5 hours. When a cold wave causes widespread transportation disruptions, the itinerary may be adjusted or canceled, and refunds or negative reviews cannot be requested on this grounds.

• [Shirakawa-go Illumination Notice] Illuminations start at 17:30; this product only includes visits within the village and does not include access to the observation deck. With stricter regulations in 2027, access to the observation deck is restricted to 2-day tour packages paired with designated accommodations only. Nighttime temperatures are extremely low, so please prepare warm clothing and non-slip shoes, and remember your bus boarding location when getting off.
• [Insurance Notice] This trip does not include personal accident insurance; please purchase it yourself as needed. Outdoor activities carry risks, so please assess your own health condition. The company shall not be held liable for personal injuries caused by accidents or force majeure.
• We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip, containing: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the tour guide's social contact information. Please make sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you still have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
• For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and email the LINE group link to you. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
• Additionally, travel insurance is not included in any of our tour itineraries. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Guests are kindly requested to purchase their own insurance!!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
