Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: 1. Without violating local road safety laws, if overtime occurs during the trip due to force majeure factors, such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, traffic accidents, etc., our driver-guide has the right to adjust, replace, or cancel itinerary attractions based on the time. 2. If customers are late and cause overtime, the late-arriving guests shall pay the driver-guide on-site according to local overtime fee rules. 3. If the activity merchant is not open for activities during the itinerary, this itinerary assumes no responsibility.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
