I was going to give 1 star... but I'm giving 2 stars because the limousine quality was good. There is no way to contact them the day before. The company phone numbers are different, and it's hard to double-check. I finally managed to get in touch 2 hours before departure on the day of the trip. Even then, responses weren't immediate and there were long delays, so I had to wait anxiously. The limousine was very clean, as it was a new car and the plastic wrap hadn't even been peeled off. It had massaging seats, a spacious interior, and it was great to be able to adjust the seat recline. If it were a bit easier to get in touch with the company or driver the day before, this would certainly be a great choice.

Booked this limousine van service to get from Tuan Chau Ferry Terminal to my hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. They sent me the pickup time and vehicle plate number a day in advance, which was helpful. The van arrived around the scheduled time. Just a heads-up that the van will pick up other passengers along the way before heading back to Hanoi, so the journey takes around 2.5–3 hours. There’s also a toilet break stop along the way. Overall, a convenient option, but do plan your time accordingly!

The day before, the driver contacted us in advance to confirm the time, and on the day of the trip, they arrived at the hotel to wait for us right on time! The interior of the car was very spacious and clean! The seats even had a massage function 👍🏻 The driver provided water, and we made a stop at a rest area along the way! The driving was very smooth throughout, and we were safely delivered to our destination on time!

The limousine was early and the driver was constantly in touch. The seats were comfortable with massage option. The ride from Hanoi to Halong took around 2.5 hours.

My booking from Hanoi to Halong bay experience was great Driver picked us on time and reached Halong Bay at 0755am - 11.30am . actually we can reach there earlier even though there’s toilet and shopping stop , sharing beens to wait for other guests who are not punctual Driver. also quite polite .

The driver arrived on time, was polite, and drove smoothly, which prevented us from getting carsick. If we have the opportunity again, we will definitely use this service.

Very comfy travel to Halong from Sapa. You just trust the driver on the transfer from Sapa to Hanoi to Halong and drop off at your hotel with ease.

The order stated a 9-11 seat luxury bus, but the bus that came to pick us up was an ordinary bus with 20+ seats. I consider this to be fraud.
