• Entrance to Pompeii is free for guests under 18 years old. A valid ID or passport must be presented on the day of the tour to receive free admission
• A minimum of 6 participants is required per tour. The tour may be cancelled after confirmation if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
• Pompeii includes uneven terrain and ancient cobblestone streets, so comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended
• The operator recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated, especially during the warmer months
• Infant seats unavailable; infants must not sit on laps
