Visitors aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 (inclusive) or above to enter the park.

Children or infants who enjoy child ticket discounts or free admission (as described above) based on age, must have their guardians carry and present an acceptable original government-issued valid identification document ("Official ID") for the child or infant, containing their date of birth and photo, upon admission.

Official ticket sales within 7 days: Bookings for more than 7 days are all pre-sale tickets. If the selected date for a pre-sale ticket is fully booked after tickets are released, the order will be canceled and refunded.

The VIP card can only be used once during the project's operating hours. This card is only available in electronic form and is linked to the park ticket purchased with the VIP card; it will be immediately invalidated if altered without authorization.

If any item in this product undergoes scheduled maintenance or other force majeure circumstances, Pirates of the Caribbean – Battle for the Sunken Treasure will serve as a replacement item; the final arrangement will be based on the actual operational situation on site that day.

When purchasing Disney Premier Access, if you use someone else's mobile phone to scan your ticket on the official Shanghai Disney Resort mobile application (App), the photos taken at the park entrance will appear on that person's mobile App. After you scan your ticket with your mobile phone on the official Shanghai Disney Resort mobile application, the photos taken at the park entrance will appear on that App. If you enter the park multiple times on the same day, you must present your ticket.

At the park entrance, we will take your photo for identity verification as a ticket holder. Refusal to have your photo taken will prevent you from enjoying (i) certain value-added services within the park, including but not limited to the use of Disney Premier Access, and (ii) certain benefits that require photo identification during operation, including but not limited to re-entry within the ticket's validity period. When purchasing Disney Premier Access or other Premier Access services, if you use another person's mobile phone to scan your ticket on the official Shanghai Disney Resort mobile application (app), the photo taken at the park entrance will appear on that person's mobile app. After you scan your ticket with your mobile phone on the official Shanghai Disney Resort mobile application (app), the photo taken at the park entrance will appear on that app. While riding attractions such as TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue, and Pirates of the Caribbean, automatic photo equipment may capture your joyful moments, preserving your wonderful memories at Shanghai Disneyland.

To ensure smooth entry, please distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters when filling in ID card and passport information, and ensure it is exactly consistent with the document, otherwise you will be responsible for the consequences of being denied entry.

All visitors under the same order (and must include the holder of the identification document registered at the time of ticket purchase) must enter the park at the same time.

Please present a valid ID/travel document/passport at the main entrance to redeem your Shanghai Disneyland Park ticket. Park staff will scan the relevant documents and provide physical tickets.

Enjoy dedicated fast-pass entry to the selected attraction during the period from its designated start time until its closing time, saving queuing time; or enter the reserved viewing area for the selected entertainment show during its designated admission period.

Note: Due to the need for mobile phone verification, overseas visitors are advised to create an account before departing.
