• There will be no tour conductor accompanying you. A guide will accompany you throughout the entire tour. • Due to rainfall, electric bicycle tours may be canceled and changed to vehicle transportation. In addition, the content of outdoor activities may also change. Please note that tour fees will not change in these cases.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
