Ticket Purchase Notes

• Purchased tickets cannot be changed or exchanged. We apologize that tickets will not be reissued if stolen or lost.
• This ticket is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no physical ticket will be sent. Please present a valid QR Code for scanning upon entry.
• Each electronic ticket (QR Code) can only be used once and does not allow re-entry.
• Please keep your ticket QR Code safe. If you are unable to enter due to loss, screenshot leakage, transfer, or use by others, no reissuance, exchange, or compensation will be provided; the holder is responsible for related risks.
• Admission benefits will be distributed randomly at the "Exhibition Venue" and are only available to paying attendees.
• Purchasing tickets for resale purposes is prohibited. Furthermore, the organizer is not responsible for disputes arising from transfer or resale.
• For concession tickets, special offer tickets, and free admission qualifiers, please proactively present relevant supporting documents; various discounts cannot be used simultaneously.
• Disabled persons requiring accompaniment are limited to one person. The disabled person and their essential companion must attend together. If the qualifications are not met, a supplementary ticket must be purchased for entry.
• Refund applications must be completed before the end of the exhibition (2026/10/11); late applications will not be accepted. A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds. Please contact Klook customer service for refunds.
• Other ticket-related regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket will be handled in accordance with the "Matters to be Recorded and Not to be Recorded in Standardized Contracts for Arts and Cultural Exhibition Tickets" promulgated by the Ministry of Culture.

Visitor Notes

• If the venue becomes overly crowded, entry control may be implemented to ensure safety. To ensure the safe and smooth progress of the event, please cooperate with the guidance and instructions of the staff.
• Some exhibits in the venue can be photographed, while others are prohibited. Please observe the on-site signs. In addition, the organizer will take photos and videos within the venue. Please understand in advance that the photos and images taken may be used for event promotion and other purposes in the future.
• Please do not sit on the floor, run, or engage in other behaviors that may cause inconvenience to others in public areas such as aisles. If the organizer determines that there is a situation that hinders safe operation, you may be asked to leave or be denied entry.
• If any of the following situations occur, please inform nearby staff as soon as possible: (1) Feeling unwell or injured. (2) Finding lost property, or losing your own items. (3) Getting lost or finding a lost child (no public announcements can be made in the venue to search for people).
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
• There are no restrooms inside the venue.
• Pets are prohibited from entering the venue (except for guide dogs and assistance dogs).
• Please do not bring dangerous items such as replica swords.
• Please do not bring large luggage such as suitcases into the venue (the organizer cannot store them on your behalf).
• If there are any changes to the exhibition operating hours, content, or regulations, please refer to the on-site or official SNS announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event for any unmentioned matters above.
