Please understand that specific vehicle types cannot be designated. For groups of 14 people or fewer, only the driver will also serve as the tour leader. The driver-tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management; after arriving at the attractions, please explore freely. For groups of more than 14 people, a tour guide will be arranged to accompany them.
- 【Pre-trip Notification Email Reminder】A pre-trip notification email will be sent between 19:00-22:00 (Japan time) on the evening before your departure. This email will include the driver/tour leader's contact information, a map of the meeting point, and important notes. Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the content of the most recently sent one.
- 【Meeting Time Requirements】Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As the itinerary is a group tour, latecomers cannot be waited for and no refunds will be given. - 【Autumn Foliage Viewing Information】Tateyama Kurobe: September to early November; Kamikochi: Mid-October to early November; Shirakawa-go Gassho Village & Takayama ~ Sanmachi Suji: Late October to mid-November. Due to natural weather factors such as annual temperature and precipitation, the timing of the maple leaves turning red may fluctuate slightly. If extreme weather causes the maple leaves to wither early or not yet fully bloom, the original itinerary will still proceed to the corresponding attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
- 【Tateyama Mountain Entry Time Explanation】The time for ascending Tateyama Mountain is primarily based on the facilities provided. If the facility provides an earlier ascent time, making it impossible to use the hotel breakfast, a meal box will be provided for consumption on the tour bus; alternatively, a cash allowance of JPY 1,000 per person will be issued for travelers to freely purchase breakfast. Infants under 2 years old who participate for free will not receive the cash allowance.
- 【Cancellation Policy】: For cancellations made more than 15 days before the selected date/if the minimum group size is not met, a full refund will be issued (0% handling fee); for cancellations made between 10 and 14 days before the selected date, a 10% handling fee will be charged; for cancellations made between 4 and 9 days before the selected date, a 20% handling fee will be charged; for cancellations made between 1 and 3 days before the selected date, a 40% handling fee will be charged; for cancellations made on the selected date, no refund will be issued (100% handling fee).

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 14 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
