• The best time for maple viewing may be advanced or delayed due to weather conditions. Once the group decides to depart, even if it is not the best time, the tour will proceed on the original date, and reservations cannot be canceled for free on this ground. Please be aware.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
