We loved the tour of Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath with our guide Sasha. She is very energetic and attentive to the needs of the guests. She provides interesting trivia on music, places and food to try (or avoid) in each of the areas. Think Sting, Natalie Embruglia, Elton John, Tears for Fears and Elvis Presley. It makes the tour memorable and makes it feel very personalized.

The tour duration got reduced due to a flat tyre and we were not able to cover Bath. Howevet they ensured a partial refund is given back to the customers. Otherwise Windsor Castle and Stonehenge was great. The guide was informative and ensured we’re one of the first groups entering Windsor. The bus was nice and comfortable. Only suggestion is to have a back up plan for similar situation like having a spare tyre which is common across many countries.

Let me start with the conclusion: absolutely do not choose this type of tour from Klook. This was the most disappointing and unpleasant trip I've had in London. My companion and I paid over 2,600 yuan, and before the first stop at Windsor Castle, the tour guide clearly stated the time (meet at 11:20 AM, depart at 11:30 AM) but did not emphasize the meeting location. We returned to the entrance of Windsor Castle before 11:20 AM but didn't see the guide. We immediately contacted Evan Evans, the foreign travel agency's customer service, and explained the situation. They told us to check the parking lot, but no one was there. Then, they tried to contact the guide but informed us they couldn't reach them and told us to take public transportation back to central London from Windsor on our own. We immediately informed Klook of the above call screenshots and relevant situation. Two days passed, and Klook didn't respond. I proactively contacted customer service, and they told us we wouldn't get a single penny back. There are two main points here: first, we contacted the travel agency promptly, but they couldn't reach the guide, and the guide did not clearly emphasize the meeting location, failing to ensure every customer knew it; second, besides Windsor Castle, we paid for tickets to the next two attractions but didn't get to visit them. At the very least, the cost of the attraction tickets should be refunded; third, this was not a qualified English-speaking tour at all. Since many tourists were from Spain or Italy, the guide also explained in Spanish, so it wasn't pure English, which was evident from the start; fourth, this tour didn't specify the number of participants, unlike tours on platforms like Ctrip, where everything is clearly written and priced. Therefore, in summary, I believe this tour provided by Klook was terrible, and the experience was very poor. From the beginning, when the meeting location was only listed as Victoria Coach Station, I had a bad feeling, and a large group tour like this offers a very, very poor experience.
