Singapore - Johor Bahru Bus by WTS Travel

Alhamdulillah a smooth journey on a sunny Friday morning. We took the first bus at Tampines mrt exit b. Not to many people. its a new bus and the bus driver was friendly too. Reach TUTA station 10:45 Love to ride again ❤️

Patience at pick-up – Even when the pick-up point was empty, they waited instead of driving off, showing consideration for passengers. 3. Same bus through customs – The convenience of staying on the same bus from the pick-up point through both Singapore and Malaysia customs is a huge plus. 4. Seamless boarding – After clearing customs, there’s no need to queue again. You simply walk to the WTS bus and board directly. 5. Affordable fares – The fare is cheap and saves both money and time compared to taking a taxi, bus, or train to Kranji MRT. 6. Convenient locations – With pick-up and drop-off points near home in the northeast, it’s far more practical than other transport options.

A great first experience for Easties to travel from Tampines/Punggol to JB. Bus was empty when it arrived from Changi Airport, it has empty seats when it arrived at Tampines MRT. Booking via Klook is seamless, just tell the driver how many passengers and he will verify. When it arrived at Punggol, it has not much passengers as well, but overtime it will be crowded as this service is relatively new.

Had a pleasant ride with WTS9 coach from Tampines to JB (Tuta). The coach is clean and a/c. I took the earliest morning 8:30am and the bus arrived at Tampines around 8:35am. We reached JBCIQ around 9:45am (with some light traffic jam). It’s easy to identify the bus , stated on the screen WTS9 SG->JB. Overall quite satisfied with the services and journey.

our driver waited for us at woodland causeway. He had done a good job that all alighted did hop back to the bus despite the crowd.

Relaxing and direct ride but bus arrived 20+mins late. There’s no app/webpage to track the bus so we don’t know if the bus has departed or not yet arrived.
