• The itinerary is for reference only. As this is a custom private tour, you are free to visit any attractions in Hanoi, including Bat Trang Pottery Village and Duong Lam Ancient Village, within the 9-hour duration and 120 km limit. If you exceed the included time or distance, any additional charges can be paid directly to the driver.
• Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Monday and Friday. But still can take picture mausoleum and visit around that area
• Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees in the public places like temples, pagodas, HCM Mausoleum, etc

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

Surcharge Table

• Outside service area: VND 150,000 per hour
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Pick-up information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• The driver will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
