very korean style and with lots of different rooms like clay, volcanic, color, salt. onsen have lavender and silk pool with cold pool. also have steam room and sauna. my massuer thuiy is good. thou she is small built but she execute with force when I say I want stronger pressure. overall a good experience jus that us a little far from old quarter. after that can go over to big C and shopping mall across the road. rem to use the underpass cos the traffic is terrible..
The staff were very courteous, and there was a Japanese-speaking staff member on-site who was very attentive to our needs! The jjimjilbang was very relaxing, and the hot springs and sauna were clean and enjoyable! It was also nice to freshen up before heading to the airport for our return home. Atmosphere: Very quiet and pleasant Service: Staff are very kind
we love it so much!!! such a great experience!!!!!! we will come back again! best to go earlier so it is not crowded
It's clean and hygienic, the service is good, and it's very fun. You can soak in the hot springs and sauna at the same time and enjoy the steam room. There won’t be too many people if you go at 8pm. But the location is not easy to find. It’s a bit far to get here from the old town by grab.
There are always staff keeping it clean. The quality of the supplies used inside is good and it will not dry out after use. The two hot water pools with different textures are at about 40 degrees, and the ice water pool is ice cold enough. It shows 15 degrees, but It feels very icy to the body, and the alternating back and forth between hot and cold has the effect. There are natural plants steaming in the steam room. The smell is very comfortable when you enter, and the oven is very large. I bought an additional massage, and I can come back and continue using it after the massage. If you have time in Hanoi, you can come here to relax all day long. It is very convenient to pay extra for eating and drinking. The only drawback is that there is a young girl staff member in the pool area who cannot speak English and has a bad attitude. Other staff can communicate in English and have a good attitude. It is recommended to go during non-holidays as there are fewer people and the quality is better. I purchased three more items on the spot, and there was an initial trial price on site.
If you like onsen and Jjimjibang, you will surely like this place. We went there at noon and it is not so crowded. The place is big and you can enjoy the onsen and Jjimjibang as long as you want. We also tried the 100-minute Thai massage and it was very good. The massage is quite professional. I will go to Amare again if I go to Hanoi in future.
This was my first time booking through Klook, but I've already visited this place more than five times. There aren't many super sento-style facilities in Hanoi, so I'm very satisfied with it. There are many Vietnamese people, and the bathing etiquette is getting worse and worse compared to Japan, where it's quiet. Amenities: 1 set of spa wear (can be worn inside the facility), 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel
Environment: Overall clean, but I felt the air conditioning in the common areas wasn't very cool. Service: Staff were always guiding guests, and there were always people supervising and maintaining the hot spring area. Atmosphere: The hot spring area had a very Japanese feel, and the common areas were quite Korean-style. Facilities: All the necessary facilities were available. Masseuse: I didn't try it because the shops outside were cheaper. The food options were somewhat limited, and the prices weren't very cheap. However, the smoothie was quite good.
nice facilities and helpful staffs
I booked a 70-minute foot therapy, and was looking forward to what kind of treatment I would receive after the hot spring and rock sauna. I received not only a foot massage, but also massages on other parts of my body. Vietnam is close to Thailand, so it was like a real Thai massage, and the strong massage that didn't just focus on the soles of the feet but on the whole foot was very effective. I think it was because my blood circulation had improved after the hot spring and rock sauna in Hanoi, but my whole body felt energized and revitalized. I've had a Taiwanese massage that focused on the soles of the feet in the past, but the Thai massage felt like a concentrated massage on the whole foot. I realized that AMARE is a valuable facility that you should visit on the first day of your overseas trip.
