- Xpeng Smart Manufacturing Plant: Production in the workshop may be suspended on weekends, so only the exhibition hall can be visited, and the operation of the core production line cannot be seen.

- Conditions and required materials for temporary driver's license application: Original passport (including valid visa) + Original overseas driver's license (valid driver's license from home country) + Translated overseas driver's license (must be processed at a notary office or designated translation agency) + Accommodation registration certificate (issued by hotel or police station) + One-inch white background photo (can be taken on-site at the vehicle management office) + Application form (to be filled out on-site).
- Temporary Driving Permit Application Process: Go to the Vehicle Management Office to get a number, submit documents, attend a 3-hour traffic safety study (mandatory), and after completing the study, collect the temporary driving permit (validity: the first one is usually 3 months).
- Recommended location for temporary driver's license processing: Guangzhou Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment Vehicle Management Office (multiple branches, advance appointment is recommended). It is advisable to make an appointment 3-5 working days in advance through the "Guangzhou Traffic Police" WeChat official account to avoid delaying your trip.
- Pony.ai Operating Area: Covers the main urban areas of Tianhe District/Haizhu District in Guangzhou. Service Hours: 7:30-22:30. Experience Process: Open the "Pony.ai" App or mini-program, select the origin and destination, choose “driverless vehicle” pickup preference, scan the code to unlock the vehicle, and confirm identity.
- Notes: To apply for a temporary driver's license, you must complete 3 hours of traffic safety training, which cannot be skipped. Driver's License Validity: The first temporary driving permit is valid for 3 months and can be renewed upon expiration. Driving Restrictions: A temporary driver's license is only valid for driving within the scope of the temporary entry permit.
