The process is a bit new to some staff. however, they still redeemed with help of supervisor (City Square Mall and Suntec). Worth it if discounted.

Many places did not know how to redeem the vouchers. Felt like I was arguing with all the stall owners all the time just to redeem the vouchers. Otherwise, it was a good value.
Vivo most stores know how to use. 313 all the stores did not know how to use. Need to keep calling the manager to use. Otherwise, it was a very good deal
Many store employees don't know how to use the vouchers. While Chinese is convenient for communication, the back-and-forth can be troublesome. We hope the company can simplify the process to make it easier for employees to learn.

Republic has several locations within Singapore, but the staff are not very familiar with using vouchers.
redemption is quite troublesome, need to call manager to settle, other than that is a good deal.
Store cashier donno how to use promo code. Worse still, manager request to scan so we scan first voucher, then request to “redeem” on app which used up the second voucher, so in the end 2 vouchers used up even though in actual fact only 1 voucher used. Have to waste time with helpdesk to resolve.
