• One ticket per person, admission by ticket. Please have your ticket (KLOOK voucher) ready for verification at the entrance.
• All cool cards and souvenirs redeemed for activities upon admission are not for sale and are not applicable to any other marketing activities or monetary transactions. Resale is prohibited without the permission of the organizer.
• Any changes to the exhibition's operating hours and regulations will be subject to announcements on-site or on the official website and fan page.

— Ticketing Information —

• Each ticket is valid for one person's single entry on the day of validity and cannot be re-entered. Selling or reselling tickets at the exhibition venue is prohibited, and violators will be dealt with according to law.
• Orders with multiple tickets must enter together. If separate entry is required, please place separate orders.
• After purchasing tickets, please complete the redemption during the exhibition period (until 2026/9/13). Tickets will be void after the expiration date. In case of loss, damage, or inability to identify the ticket, it will be considered invalid, and no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted.
• Children aged 3 (inclusive) and under are admitted free of charge and must present identification for verification before entry. If not eligible, please purchase tickets according to your status. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 (inclusive) or older with a ticket.
• Children aged 3 to 12 (inclusive) and students (excluding master's and doctoral students, open universities, continuing education, and community colleges) are eligible for concession tickets. Online purchases of concession tickets require identification verification upon entry. If not eligible, new tickets must be purchased according to your status (no on-site payment of the difference). On-site purchases require identification verification at the time of purchase. The age calculation for all concessions is based on the actual age on the day of entry.
• VIP tickets are for marketing activities and VIP invitations by the organizer and cannot be resold or exchanged.
• Ticket refunds are only accepted for tickets sold on-site at the exhibition venue. A complete, unused ticket, invoice, and credit card slip must be provided. A 10% handling fee of the ticket face value will be charged for each ticket. For online ticket refunds, please operate on the platform. If you have any questions, please contact the platform's customer service.
• [Exhibition within an Exhibition Ticket Information] This exhibition within an exhibition adopts a "reservation system." Please be sure to complete check-in and entry 30 minutes before your reserved time slot. Overdue arrivals will not have their spots reserved. When verifying tickets for entry, please first collect the "Exhibition within an Exhibition Voucher" and present it at the designated location as instructed (the voucher will be collected by on-site staff upon entry). Only the remaining unreserved spots for that session will be available for on-site standby. As this exhibition is a single-entry system, please be sure to complete the experience before leaving the exhibition hall. Re-entry will not be permitted after leaving. Please note that exhibition within an exhibition tickets are not sold separately and must be used in conjunction with an admission ticket (single ticket/concession ticket/compassion ticket/double ticket).

— Exhibition Information —

• Photography and videography are permitted at this exhibition. Please respect the intellectual property rights and copyrights of the exhibition and works, and maintain the viewing rights of other visitors. The use of auxiliary equipment such as flash, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited. Commercial photography or interviews are not permitted without prior application and permission.
• To maintain exhibition quality and safety, the exhibition area has time, frequency, and capacity limits. Please cooperate with the service staff's instructions for queuing and entry. If you leave the exhibition midway or have completed the viewing route and left, you will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter. The shop area and themed cafe do not require tickets and allow repeated entry.
• Due to the theatrical exhibition design, some exhibition areas may not be accessible to wheelchair and stroller users for safety management reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience. The number of wheelchairs allowed is limited, and there may be a wait when the venue is crowded. Please cooperate with the staff's guidance and wait. Thank you.
• It is recommended to store large luggage and strollers outside the exhibition venue. Temporary storage services are provided at the entrance of the exhibition venue. Overnight storage and custody responsibilities are not provided. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables yourself. Items left for storage that are not collected after the exhibition hours will be sent to the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park Service Center.
• Playing, running, smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited inside the venue. To implement epidemic prevention guidelines, eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the exhibition area (except for designated areas). Please store any beverages such as hand-shaken drinks and coffee before entering. Unclaimed items after the exhibition hours will be discarded.
• Pets (excluding police dogs, guide dogs, or guide dog puppies accompanied by professionals), long-handled umbrellas, outside food and beverages, and various dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition venue, and re-entry is not permitted. Please use the restrooms around the exhibition venue before entering to visit.
• Please follow the viewing route, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. The organizer will not be responsible for any injuries caused by improper behavior or failure to follow staff instructions. In case of large crowds, please queue in an orderly manner. If any exhibits are damaged, compensation will be required at the market price. If visitors fail to comply with the visiting regulations and refuse to improve after being advised, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave, and no ticket fees will be refunded or compensated.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel activities and interpret the precautions for any matters not covered above.
• Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. When proceeding with ticket purchase and refund operations, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to comply with all the above matters.
