What to expect
Enjoy parasailing over the open ocean off Oahu’s coastline, combining time on the water with moments spent high above the sea. After departing by boat, you’ll gradually rise into the air and move above the surrounding waters, taking in wide views of the shoreline from a new angle. The experience can be shared with one other participant or enjoyed individually, making it suitable for couples, friends, or solo travelers. While suspended above the ocean, you’ll observe the changing colors of the water and the outline of the island’s coast below. We chose the highest altitude, but if you have children, I think it would be better to go with a lower one. We were told that if it got too high and scary in the middle, we could make an 'X' sign and they would adjust it, but in reality, once you're already up there, it was difficult to communicate with the captain. Riding the boat to the parasailing location was also a lot of fun! Overall, everyone was very kind, though there was one person who seemed a bit frustrated because of the language barrier.
