the guide speaks english and Mandarin well and the places we have visited as described in the tour are all covered with sufficient time for scenic photo taking, views and strolls. thumbs up!

We loved our Hokkaido Mount Yotei tour! The hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything so easy, and the small group size kept it relaxing. Our guide, Wei, was right on time and a very safe driver, so we felt totally comfortable the whole day. The schedule wasn't rushed at all, giving us plenty of time to sit back and enjoy each stop. Highly recommend Wei and this tour!

Highly recommended experience. Even though we were only four in the group, the tour still pushed through, which we really appreciated. Everything was well managed and the timing at each stop felt just right. Hotel pickup and drop-off made it very convenient and hassle-free. Special mention to Mr. Wei, our driver and guide — he was respectful, punctual, and professional throughout the trip.

Our tour guide, Mr. Zhu, was very friendly and enthusiastic. He proactively helped us take photos and provided brief introductions to the attractions. On the way back, he even let us choose our drop-off location. The itinerary was a bit packed, but that's understandable given the number of attractions. Lunch was scheduled at Lake Toya, and I personally felt the time there was a bit rushed, but it wasn't a major issue. Also, online reviews for the Bear Ranch are mixed, but there are other shops and scenic spots nearby where you can shop and take pictures, so buying a ticket to the Bear Ranch isn't a must. Overall, despite the average weather, the experience was excellent.

After a long search on Klook, I finally found this itinerary that instantly captivated me, and I set off with great anticipation. Although the weather wasn't ideal, with alternating sun and rain throughout the journey, David, our driver and guide, made everything effortless. He thoughtfully adjusted our itinerary to suit our pace and even had umbrellas ready in the car. He drove with focused care, which put us at ease; upon arriving at each attraction, he transformed into a chatty guide, patiently explaining the local customs and culture. At every stop, he carefully noted the slippery conditions due to the rain and specifically chose convenient spots for us to get in and out of the vehicle. I heard he's also a ski instructor, which speaks to his professionalism and reliability. Next time I visit, I'll definitely look for David again!

Driver Da Wei arranged our itinerary smoothly and punctually. Even though our accommodation was outside the free pick-up zone, he still came to pick us up downstairs, and on the return trip, he dropped us off directly downstairs at our home. Throughout the journey, he proactively helped us take photos, and at the last stop, he even made a special trip to a beautiful scenic spot that wasn't on the original itinerary! It was absolutely stunning!
