- In case of rain or special weather conditions, the shooting route will be adjusted based on on-site conditions.
- If bringing infants or toddlers, or if anyone has mobility impairments, please inform us in advance before booking. 📦 Photo Delivery After the shoot, unedited photos can be sent on-site via AirDrop (iPhone only). If on-site transfer is not possible, a cloud download link (JPG format) will be provided within 48 hours. Retouched photos will be completed and delivered within the agreed timeframe.

📸 Photography and Photoshoot Group Size Instructions The photography service is a one-on-one exclusive photoshoot. The 30-minute photography plan accommodates 1 to 4 people in the same group, and the photography service fee remains unchanged. You only need to purchase additional kimono rentals based on the actual number of people. Groups exceeding 4 people require an additional 30-minute photoshoot session.
During busy seasons, waiting in line may be necessary. Usually, it takes about 30 minutes after selecting your clothes to complete dressing and hairstyling. The photoshoot usually starts 1 hour after entering the store. Yukata are available from mid-June to mid-October.
Business Hours: 9:00-18:00 Latest return time is 18:00; overtime fees will apply for late returns. Next-day returns are supported, with overnight fees varying by style.
