• [Travel Time Reminder] The one-way trip from Xiamen to the Tulou cluster is approximately 3.5 hours. The travel time is quite long, and the sightseeing time will be relatively tight, so please be mentally prepared and take a realistic view of the travel distance.
• [Return Trip Reminder] We will drop off passengers along the way at the morning pick-up locations. You can also communicate with our staff to be dropped off along the way if it is convenient. (As the return trip is during the evening rush hour, some sections of the road will be congested, so the arrival time in Xiamen cannot be predicted. It is not recommended to arrange return travel on the same day.)

• For patients, pregnant women, and those with limited mobility: To ensure a smooth journey, please have a medical examination before traveling. Due to limited service capabilities, we are unable to accommodate passengers with serious illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or respiratory diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, or those recovering from major or medium-sized surgery), as well as pregnant women or those with limited mobility.
• [Scenic Area Voucher] To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents as filled in during the reservation. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to not bringing the required documents or providing incorrect information, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility. Please inform us in advance if you have any preferential certificates when registering. The refund amount is the team ticket price purchased by the travel agency, minus the actual preferential ticket price, with the difference refunded by the tour guide in cash. It is not the listed price! If you do not inform us in advance, we will purchase adult tickets uniformly, and no discounts can be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and shops along the way is a voluntary activity. Please choose carefully and keep your receipts and certificates properly; this type of shopping is not related to the travel agency.
• [Other reminders] You are not allowed to leave the tour group without permission during the trip. Otherwise, the tourist will bear all the losses and consequences caused thereby. If the itinerary is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to force majeure, please understand and take care of it yourself. Once this itinerary is joined, no refund will be given for any reason if the guest leaves the group or withdraws from the group midway.

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Child price standard: Children under 1.2 meters in height only include round-trip transportation and tour guide fees; all other expenses are not included. If height is exceeded, tourists are responsible for any additional costs.
