Pre-Departure Notice •Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day’s departure to your email before 8 PM on the day before departure, so please pay attention to check (may be in the spam box). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you. •If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 6:00 PM local time on the day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and Vehicles •This is a group tour, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please note them, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation on site. •The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to double as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief. •If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without permission, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car, and compensation will be required according to local standards if damage is caused. Itinerary Adjustment and Safety •Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour). •The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stops, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. •Fees will not be refunded for lateness, temporary changes to the meeting place, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group shall be borne by yourself. Season and Landscape •Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the trip will still depart normally and no refund will be given.

Other Notes •Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the group midway. •It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, and it is recommended to purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.

* After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be中止 due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and bring your own snacks and power banks.
